The service was very user friendly. Once I completed the online forms I was contacted by them immediately to go over further options and things that I had missed. I contacted Spiegel &Utrera PA in 2011, to set up a healthcare corporation. They were excellent, and delivered on everything they said they would. I remain very proud of the work they did for me. I have been a healthcare executive for over four decades, so I always had to keep a firm on retainer. They are the best! Several times over the years I spoke directly over the phone with Lawrence Spiegel, and he was always on point. I am getting ready to use them again for a new start up. I highly recommend!. Quick, easy, and cheaper than all the other companies that charge to set up entities.

Extremely rude office. I can't even believe how ghetto and disrespectful the person who called me was. Them they said the pricing is on the website and refused to email me over any details. I kind of surprised I used this company before but not this branch and never dealt with such poor service. 😢 what a nightmare. Cursed at me. Hung up on me. Laughed at me. Mocked me. The lady acted racist towards me as well. I will be contacting them until something is done about this nonsense.
