I cannot rate them -0 because the rating starts in 1. They took my case (tripped and fall while working) and the attorney assigned at first included my current employer on the claim. Obviously, he had to filled a Motion for Dismissal with prejudice. While asked if I need a copy of my subpoena, he said that I was not going to understand. That particular attorney got in contact just a couple of times; suddenly, I received a called for another attorney telling me that she was taking my case. During few months she seems to be working on it although she called soon after to notified me that she was going to withdrawn as my attorney. Concluding, I was in shock while reading my case dockets. The first attorney did not work at all. The second attorney assigned to my case "look into the places" she new was going to find nothing...I mean she took subpoena from people that were not really relevant omitting the most important two. Finally, a Judge granted her the motion and I found myself without an attorney and having only 30 days to find counsel or representing myself with trial scheduled for next month. Why they did not withdraw at first and wait until the last minute? The first assigned attorney quit for opening his own law firm in West Palm Beach. I deeply regret going to Wolfson Law firm. I'm not a competitor. I'm a former client who doesn't know yet the extension of the damages caused by the bad work done on my case.
