Had a problem a few years back with a residential lease and the murky problem of toxic mold in the house I had rented. Different attorneys gave me different opinions on what to do. I reached out to Mr. Cavero and he gave me a straightforward appraisal of the law, what would not apply, what did apply and how to document the problem so a Notice could be given to the landlord. I followed his advice and with one letter from him the problem was addressed in a meaningful way. I have referred several people I know who are landlords to him since then with the same results for them. He made it quick, simple and straightforward based on his experience in Landlord Tenant law and court processes for evictions. I later referred a friend to him about a personal bankruptcy because I knew it was part of his law practice. My friend had been to a few attorneys and wasn’t sure what to do after several different opinions. Mr. Cavero understood her situation and told her about all the processes, benefits and draw-backs of a personal bankruptcy. He told her to think about it clearly a couple of days before making her choice. She did, and a few days later she selected Mr. Cavero to file her bankruptcy. She is very happy about the end result. I highly recommend Mr. Cavero for both Landlord Tenant and Bankruptcy problems. He did well by me and friends that I recommended see him about their problems - especially Landlord Tenant problems.

Hired Julio Cavero for a residential case. Throughout the process he seemed uninterested in anything beyond collecting his fee. The few times I did speak to him he knew less about the laws than I did! In the end I lost a case that could have easily been won with a better lawyer. I should have dropped him early on and I would absolutely not recommend him.

Julio handled an eviction for me and it went so smooth. Him and his receptionist are very knowledgeable and the process was quick, simple and I didn't have to worry about anything. In a month my tenant was gone.

I needed this lawyer for something simple.he lost my case and every time i would call the receptionist would say his not here.then ill call him i would Get no response then i would.email him and nothing either.he freaking sucks!!!!
