I sought Marcia's assistance regarding a security deposit that the landlord was unwilling to return or even cooperate. Although we live in Texas and the property and Marcia are in Florida, I had no issues in getting a hold of Marcia whenever I needed to. Ms. Hansen is a very competent attorney. I had a very unusual situation where I needed to get a squatter out of a house that I was Power of Attorney on. She was very knowledgeable about the process and the results were faster than normal. I had heard of cases that took up to three months to get people evicted but, because of her staying on top of the case, it took approximately six weeks.
