After living in NYC for 30 years I recently relocated to Florida and to my surprise I found out I had a warrant for my arrest from 1987! This meant that I could be arrested at any time. A friend recommended Francisco Marty since he had helped him obtained an acquittal for a criminal case.
His office manager was very professional and within 24 hours Mr. Marty called me back. I was scared of the potential outcome of my foolish young man (23 yrs.) behavior in 1987. Marty, was very comforting and understanding and although his specialty is with more serious cases he offered to help me. He was very supportive and knowledgeable to my situation in all aspects of my case. All I needed to give him was my name and he took care of everything! I never had to look, find or fill out any other information.
The first thing he succeeded in doing was keeping me out of jail. If someone doesn’t show up for court for 30 years a night in jail plus the need to post bond was the first thing the District Attorney wanted. Marty successfully argued against it getting the judge to rule in our favor. Although, the case was 30 years old the District Attorney would not work with us she wanted a conviction. This would have met a record as a convicted felon for me which Marty would not accept and meant the case would go to trial.
Marty kept arguing and hitting them with laser targeted legal expertise. The District Attorney had to reschedule the case a few times because they couldn’t counter his attack. On the 3rd appearance the judge dismissed the case and all charges were dropped. Marty fought for me as he had done as a Marine for the United States. This guy is a pit-bull and I would definitely recommend him to anybody that needs criminal assistance; especially if you need to stay out of jail!!
PS
His fee was also very reasonable when compared to what other lawyers wanted to take my case.
