My husband and I retained the services of Albite Law Group P.A. back in June 2021. At that time we needed assistance to complete a Request for Evidence for an I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence for my husband Juan Jacobo. Diana was very professional from the beginning, and at the same time very personable, someone that we knew we could trust in handling our affairs. We filed all our paperwork with USCIS back in March 2021, prepared by a paralegal. Unfortunately, there were deficiencies in the documents submitted. We were very concerned that this was going to delay the petition for permanent residence for my husband. Luckily for us, we met Diana and she took care of everything. Diana assured us that everything will be fine, and she was right. In August we received the notice to appear for the interview with USCIS. Diana took her time to go through all the details about the interview process, she told us what to expect and how to prepare ourselves for this important event. We can't thank her enough for her assistance throughout this process, and for being there always available an email, a text, a phone call away. My advise to anyone going through this, retain the services of a competent experienced attorney, and don't take shortcuts. I recommend Diana to anyone looking for an outstanding immigration lawyer.
