I have started this review at least a hundred times and have felt there are no words to describe my gratitude and respect I have for Mr Perez-Roura. His professionalism, ability to assess a situation and follow through are bar none. But what I will forever be grateful for the most was his empathy and kindness. He stepped in to help when we found ourselves in a situation I couldn’t even fathom and not knowing how to navigate. I will be forever indebted for his guidance and care.
