Mrs. Neema and her staff/paralegals/law firm accepted my case when others wouldn't. I had years upon years of bad financial debt. Which included judgement/lien/wage garnishment/credit card debt. You name it. They immediately put my case together right over the phone during my initial consultation with them. They also offered me a payment plan. Plus a $500 military/veterans discount over the phone. I also needed an auto appraiser for my truck. They gave me a referral. Once I got to the 341 meeting of creditors with the trustee. She only asked me a few general questions about myself. The trustee had stated that she had all of my documents and that she was completely satisfied and therefore concluded my case. I almost fainted over the telephone cause I was so nervous. The rest of my case just breezed through the court system. No hiccups/no delays whatsoever. After that, Mrs. Neema had to file a motion to avoid judicial/judgement lien. To remove the lien off of my truck. Shortly after that, I was granted my discharge from the courts. Called Joseph M Dobkin law offices on a Friday afternoon around 4pm. With questions of high urgency. I was thinking at this time on a Friday like other offices I wouldn’t be able to speak to anyone. But to my surprise not only did I speak to him and had a wonderful conversation, his legal advise and suggestions on how to move forward and handle with my situation was of top notch advice. I followed his advice down to the last detail and sure enough it worked in my favor could not be any happier choosing this law firm to help handle my situation. And even though my case was not one that was big enough to really need a lawyer to go to court he was very honest and upfront but did offer to help me in my endeavor should I need assistance.
