I want to thank the entire team at Viñas & DeLuca, PLLC, and especially our lawyer, Jarrett DeLuca. Through the years, I have worked with a number of lawyers personally, have covered trials as a photo journalist, my best friend from high school is a judge in Washington DC and my brother-in-law is a judge in New Jersey. I have been involved with lawyers all my life, so I want to make a broad statement. I was in a head on auto accident where my wife and stepson were also injured. We had a complicated situation with bills from three hospitals. We were hit head on by an uninsured motorist with 32 previous citations. There were many other problems involved with this case. My broad statement is that no other law firm could have done a better job at resolving the multitude of issues while still finding a settlement for all three of us at the end. Whenever there was a complicated decision to be made, Jarrett explained it, sometimes more than once, until he was sure we understood. Problems came up along the way and when they did, we could always reach Jarrett the same day. The staff also knew us and when he was in court when we called, many times they could tell us the answer to our question. The people at Viñas & DeLuca act as one organized team. With my long experience with law firms through 77 years I can say that you cannot find a better law firm to represent you.
