Thank you to the team at Cernitz Law including Justin Cernitz, Adam Feldman, and Bill Martoccia. The reception staff was always cordial and responsive. They did an excellent job and worked through the pandemic to help my 80 year old mother with her case against the insurance company. They were professional, patient, very knowledgeable and attentive to her needs. We are very happy with the service provided.

I had a wonderful experience with this firm. My insurance company was undercutting my damages claim from Hurricane Ian. Even though I was hesitant to get a 3rd party involved, I now realize that nothing would have happened without the help of Attorney Adam Feldman of the firm. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient and I would not hesitate to use this firm again. I highly recommend them.

My ins co sent me a small check after thier adjuster came out after hurricane Ian. I tried contacting them by phone and email several times but they ghosted me hoping i would just go away. I called Cernitz Law firm and they stepped in and got me sufficient funds for me to get new roof and repair other damage caused by the hurricane. And their fee? Just a pittance compared to what i received. I'm so glad i made that call. These guys are superstars in my book. Highly recommend them. Jim

Updated review: After this review was posted the firm was made aware of our unfortunate process dealing with their prior partner, Mark Hart. That attorney no longer works there and left mid-case leaving us in the dark. Gabriel Mazzitelli & Carlos Jimenez took over our case. Even though we won’t get back all the time wasted, they did make a world of a difference handling everything with us. It was a night and day experience dealing with Gabriel, Carlos & Alexa compared to the previous involvement we were having. They are extremely professional, educated and on top of everything that needs to get done. I didn’t have to call or chase them around asking for answers or guidance. They would constantly email and call with any updates or information. Everything was explained thoroughly and we felt like we were finally in the right hands. I truly wish our initial experience was different and we could have had Gabriel on the case from the beginning. It would have been easy sailing from the start. Nonetheless, I would like to give a huge thank you to the Jimenez Mazzitelli Mordes firm for taking matters into their own hands and turning this entire experience around. They have completely regained our trust and deserve 5 stars for the outstanding lawyers they are. Thank you again for caring for my family. In the end all you want is for someone to have your best interest and I can guarantee that you will find that with them. Our 0 star review still stands for Mark Hart. The worst attorneys I have ever encountered. Mark Hart has been incredibly incompetent throughout the entire process. He does not care about his clients and I have to be after him to get anything done. I WILL never make this mistake again. Please do yourself a favor and make sure you go with another attorney office before you waste 3+ years with this firm. WE STILL HAVE NO RESULTS!!!!!!
