I was very unsatisfied with the service I received from this firm. I had a hurricane loss and the insurance company did not want to pay my full claim. I was referred to Cernitz Law and since I never had any experience in these matters, I trusted that they would do the best for me. It seemed like Justin was not very interested in my case and it took almost 2 years for him to finally settle with the insurance company. I don't think he fought very hard to get me the best settlement. Maybe it was because he was so busy that he felt that my case was not as lucrative as some of the other ones he was working on. If I am ever in the unfortunate situation of needing an attorney again I think I would hire a much larger firm.
