Carl Sugarman has worked with my family for a long time. He was the person I trusted with the closing of my recently-purchased home. He is very well-spoken, detail-oriented, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything on closing day and answered all my questions along the way. He's very easy to get in touch with and answered the phone every time I called (even though I called a BUNCH of times with questions, concerns and updates). If he is occupied at the moment, he always keeps to his word and calls you back when he can(unlike some others who say they will call back, but never do). He will even give you a call sometimes just to give you an update on how things are going. I felt very secure throughout my entire home buying process, knowing that Mr Sugarman was taking care of everything.
