Eric Morales and his Micheal Winkelman handeled my personal injury case. I was injured on a private boat; they were both very knowable in marintine laws and extremely profession. The case was settled well above my expectations.

Eric and his firm were outstanding from the point of first contact. When I was injured on a cruise ship I had no understanding of maritime law. I spent hours doing research and making calls. Eric was not the first attorney I spoke with but he was the last. He handled himself with the upmost professionalism and knowledge. He earned my trust and business. When I asked to speak with a partner, he conferenced me in. Many of the other law firms from too stuffy and would not take the call over the phone even when I explained I was injured and could not make it to Miami. Both my husband and I were so impressed with Eric and Michael Winkleman that I hired them via phone. They were on top of my case from day one and always kept me informed. They were also concerned with my heath and recovery. I give them two thumbs up and thank them for all that they have done! I am thrilled with the way my case turned out and was handled!
