Ian was an incredibly effective personally injury attorney. When my mustang got totaled in an accident in February I was recommended to him. He’s extremely responsive, knows the right people, and FAST. I received the correct medical care, MRI, and legal assistance to maximize my payout. I paid nothing out pocket, didn’t speak to any insurance people myself, and he even allowed me to get my check on a weekend. Thousands of dollars into my pocket within months. This is the guy to go to. Period.

The Miller Law Firm represented my wife and me in a personal injury case, made very difficult because the Defendant was a Government entity. Despite this difficulty and the persistent delay tactics used by the Defendant, Miller Law was able to navigate the case effectively and arrive at a respectable settlement agreement in a timely fashion. We all know choosing an injury attorney can be a stressful, tedious, and nerve wracking journey into the unknown. Unless you have first hand knowledge, or are referred by someone you trust with such knowledge, you truly leave yourself in the most compromising of positions as you are putting all your faith and trust in the attorney you choose. I am writing this review because I found myself in this exact same predicament, and by sheer fate, and a lot of luck, I managed to acquire the services of an attorney that I would best describe as a very rare breed, an attorney who actually does put his clients best interests first, doesn’t just claim to, an attorney who is honest, trustworthy, and above all, not afraid to go against the grain if necessary. The proof was in the situation surrounding my case, everything, including the laws to protect businesses, were working against me. When the case was presented to other lawyers for opinions, all of them said they would not fight this case because it was not winnable, the cards were stacked against us and yet, Mr. Miller did not bend, he believed in the case, and the cause, and he fought on. He was honest with me to a fault, and explained what he felt our best options were to have a successful outcome, and he was right. He told me when he felt it was time to stand our ground, and when he felt we best give in a little, all in a way that made complete sense. I don’t know about you, but I always feel out of place when it comes to drawing conclusions when it involves the law, right/wrong, and common sense rarely play as vital a role as one would imagine, so Mr. Miller’s knowledge and fortitude were indispensable in my situation. I was very satisfied with the outcome, and walked away not only now knowing a truly qualified and quality injury attorney, but also a friend.
