Cant say enough about good things Jeff Berman and his firm. I had an issue where my rights were violated while I was visiting FL. I had actually consulted informally with an Attorney I know in my home state who advised me "there may not be anything worth pursuing and while what happened was wrong, I may just have to let it go". Well, Im happy I decided to consult with Jeff. He took the time to really examine what occurred and he agreed that my rights had been violated and action should be taken. Not only did Jeff take the case, he pursued it aggressively and with passion. I came away very impressed. My goal with my case wasnt necessarily a monetary award as much as it was holding the other parties accountable, but the monetary award Jeff was able to obtain was definitely a pleasant surprise. The Staff at Berman Law, Sara to be specific, was wonderful also. i truly hope never to need representation again in a case such as this, but if I do I know exactly who to call.
