Love love love lawyer Cristina and her firm. We have used her several times now for our moves and property purchases. She is very thorough and we appreciate her attention to detail. One thing I need to add is that she understands time is of the essence; she is quick to respond, and she will literally meet us anywhere and everywhere to get documents signed when needed. Not a positive attempt at scheduling a consultation. Phone rang several times before clicking over to what sounded like an answering service. When I asked for clarification, a very uppity girl, who (amusingly) lacked finesse, answered without stating the name of the law firm or otherwise. I could have been dialing a taco stand for all I knew. I inquired about the process and what I should set my expectations to in terms of a call back, and was informed by Evilyn that that was not possible. Perhaps we're having a misunderstanding? I asked again and offered an example, "Can you advise a window of time, say 3, or 5 business days, by which I should expect a call back?" The response was a curt, "No ma'am." I need an available and sympathetic attorney /. law office for something so financially and emotionally important as is probate law. I will not be moving foward with Cass & Ramos, LLC. (Highlight LLC).

Si pudiese poner unas estrellas más lo haría solo por el servicio y la disponibilidad cada día encontrada en ese proceso de bancarrota.
