Mr. Weiner saved my life after making the biggest mistake of my life. He cared about my case, not like some other lawyers I had to deal with, and the fee was very fair. I write this simply as a small way of paying him back for everything he has done for me and my family. Amazing lawyer and a fantastic person overall.

I have never received the worst customer service ever. Not professional at all , We where not satisfied with the results in my fiancé case which they represented. DONT EXPECT MUCH FROM THEM . Rather you go with a public defender before choosing them as lawyers .

I Never found myself with such an unpleasant human being! First al all they are very unprofessional, when you go to their first meeting you get to meet the big Mr. Jeffrey S. Weiner, well hope you take picture because 9 0ut of 10 times that is the only time you will see him. My Godson parents hired him to take the case! They were so desperate that this Lawyers took advantage of the situation, Weiner said they don't take payment plans, now i see the reason why because they get the money promise you so many things and at the end they don't lift a single finger! Annabel is just as unprofessional as Weiner i know alot about law and she made us look like fools in there since the case was taken over 2 years ago She would come out and tell us how much progress she was making and one day I sat outside the courtroom and i heard a conversation taking place next to me by the prosecutor with the other public defender and they were talking about how late they always were and how they were always sending their son to do their job. By the way, the son the prosecutor was referring to is Diego a kid who is probably still in college or is doing the intership in daddys office. During those 2 years my Godson had one visit and it was by Weiner son Diego! They guaranteed a decent offer but they played procecuter instead of defense attorney the only time I seen Weiner at the court room which shock the bejesus out of me was only to terminate another client of his probation and decided to prospone my Godson court. On the day of the plead they threatened my Godson not ask questions and agree to the plead because otherwise the prosecutor was going to take it back and the judge was not suppose to know about anything. I never heard of something like that which side were they on! Jeffrey Weiner is a liar, a Annabel and Doego are just his puppets and at the end the case solve itself and the outcome was so bad that my family just lost $40,000 just to have is play detective because we as the defendant family was the one who provided all the prove in favor of my Godson and not once did i saw it use! Im disappointed and dissatisfied and if i could help someone else not to be played i would do anything in my power to stop them Jeffrey Weiner you are the worst Defense Attorney i have ever had the burden to meet!

Si huviece menos de 1 estrella se la daba no tengo ningún respeto por el como abogado ya que cuando fui a su oficina para que cojiera el caso de mi Hijo me dijo estás en buenas manos somos 2 abogados llevando el mismo caso al final de todo usted va estar feliz con los resultados . Pues no estoy feliz estoy decepcionada , dijustada , me siento utilizada porque después de llevar el caso por 2 años nunca fue a Vicitar a mi hijo en el Metro West una ves mando a Anabel una abogada que trabaja con el y la otra ves Mando a su Hijo Diego en 2 años solo fue a corte 3 veces de tantas veces que cancelaban la corte mandaba a su Otra abogada en Reprecentacion o a su hijo lo que más me duele es que un día antes de darle sentencia a mi hijo a las 5 de la tarde me llama para decirme que me tenía buenas noticias 4 años de Carcel 1 año de horas comunitarias y 9 años de Pricion ni que mi hijo huviece matado a halguien he visto personas con casos peores y no le dan tanta sentencia por violar la Probatoria mi hijo solo tiene 22 años le lleve pruebas de los problemas por los que mi hijo estaba pasando también les hice Papel de Detective mandándome fotos y informacion que demostraban que las victimas no eran tan inocentes como se hacían pasar , Para mi no son nada profesionales u a porque les dije que fueran a Vicitar a mi hijo cuando tubiecen una oferta de la fiscalía para que le explicaran porque el es joven y se pone nervioso el mismo día de corte que por favor lo fueran a ver y le esplicaran cómo iba a ser todo bueno para Colmo no fue ni el día de la sentencia de mi hijo mando a la Abogada Annabel y a su hijo el no fue y estoy bien dijustada porque aparte que cobran Caro juegan con los sentimientos de los Clientes no se los recomiendo a Nadie ni así sea para un delito menor acesorence bien y busquen ayuda aveces los abogados del gobierno ayudan mejor yo me desespere por la citación en que me encontraba y ellos se aprovecharon y no creo que ahiga sido Justa la sentencia de mi hijo a lo mejor si hubiese sido millonaria y le hubiera pagado más hubiera echo un mejor trabajo porque desgraciadamente el dinero mueve montañas y el hizo muy buen trabajo en el caso de un Rabino que abuso de una menor en Miami Beach a lo mejor el Rabino le pago más que yo . El me cobro $40,000 para mi si es dinero sacrificado guardado para la universidad de mi hija menor que si llego a saber que el no IVA a ser nada por mi hijo no lo hubiera buscado me segué con su foto y su comercial por eso tiene tanto dinero y tiene La Oficina que tiene por quitarle el dinero a gente desesperada como yo este es el precio que tengo que pagar que mi hijo pierda toda su juventud pudiendo el hacer Halgo mejor porque estoy súper segura que no trabajaron , no se esforzaron para nada ojalá y muchos lean mis surgerencias antes de escogerlo

Mr. Weiner has handled multiple cases for me and the results have always exceeded my expectations. He has an innate ability to control all aspects of the courtroom in a respectful yet unwavering way. Most importantly, he will always respond to your calls, day or night even after you've paid his fees. As an answering service manager I can tell you that most attorneys are extremely responsive when you're a "new case" calling, but once you've paid the fees the attorney's instructions are to "hold" your calls. Mr. Weiner will always respond to you when you need him.
