Called to speak to David Sampedro after I was referred by a mutual friend & fellow attorney. I was told he would be on vacation for another two weeks so I could speak to the attorney that was currently in the office if I just wanted general information. I accepted the offer and was put on the line with Al Del Risco. I explained it was regarding a possible medical mal practice. He responded by saying that those are very hard to win. I said I'd be happy to explain the situation. I told him what happened to me and he said he didn't see what the damages were. I gave a list of 5 or 6 things that were caused by my doctors actions and explained that I had proof that my doctor acted wrongfully. He said "I'm not a doctor but I know doctors try to do what they think is best for their patient based on their medical history." I basically told him i have hard proof of physical damage done to my body by a doctor who acted wrongfully and he proceeded to take the doctors side and defend his wrongful actions towards me without seeing one single document from me. So arrogant and I can't fathom why a person would do this. Extremely disturbing to say the least.

Mitchell Panter is extremely professional and very straightforward! He will fight for you! I was referred to Mr. Panter after being involved in a car accident where I was rear ended. The first thing he did was set me up with a physical therapy office where I could be evaluated and treated. Through that I received imaging to evaluate the full extent of my injuries. Throughout PT we spoke briefly, and he advised me that my one job was to get better. Once I finished PT and was released, we started working up the case. He and his office made this process extremely easy. They took care of all the necessary paperwork and mailed it to me to sign and send back. All in all after PT, we reached a settlement in about 8 months. That's just how long it takes, I imagine that's an average time frame. I don't really know. What I do know is that Mitchell was never anything but completely honest and straight up. He never promised me grandiose numbers, but he did work hard to get me a fair value for my settlement. All in all, I would 100% recommend Panter, Panter, and Sampedro. I have no doubt you'll be 100% pleased with them, unless you go into it with unreasonable expectations.
