I absolutely would recommend David Sampedro and his team to anyone seeking legal help. Most lawyers are all about the money for themselves and you never hear from them personally. Mr Sampedro spoke to me anytime I needed guidance or had questions and he always had my best interest at heart. I had a massive car accident in July of last year and with the help of him and his team I was able to get a good settlement and knowledge of how certain Florida laws work. Contact firm spoke to Mitchel Panther. Regarding a slip and fall case as well as to discuss a separate case for my twin brother who is indigent and was beaten and assaulted by Sheriff department. Without even knowing anything about my brothers case his comment was " oh anytime someone calls with multiple cases that's a red flag " and totally dismissed any consideration for accepting any of the cases. I felt that was rude very inconsiderate and condescending as well as very ignorant of him and not even attempting to even ask any questions. He was very rushed. Uncaring, inconsiderate and brash. This is a Sr. Partner of the law firm. Now with this being Said. Is Panther and Panter the type of law firm you would want to handle your case. Absolutely not. I definitely would not recommend this law firm even if one paid me.
