So I hired this Law Firm back in early spring to represent me on a premises liability case where I was stabbed seven times in a Walmart parking lot. As we all know, attorneys are super fast to send out electronic emails and get you to sign a contract hiring them so that way you can’t talk to another law firm because you’re already sign now by that Firm so no other Law Firm can talk to you. so Alexa Delgado is the attorney out of this firm that took on my case. My understanding is that there’s actually two attorneys working on my case, but I’ve never even been given the other ones name nor has that other one ever talk to me on the phone which I’ve tried and 10 months and still haven’t spoke to him. And when I called the Law Firm and asked to speak to Delgado she’s always busy never there never returns calls. The times that I have called her at the firm and she has spoken to me. She rushes me off the phone super fast and doesn’t even let me say or finish saying what I’m calling about. I’ve spoken to her probably 60 minutes in total length of combine calls since spring.. now remember, I was stabbed seven times and airlifted to the hospital this Law Firm isn’t about the people it’s about the money. Now everybody’s different but I feel like they’ve could’ve reached out to me and asked me. How am I doing? How am I feeling? Am I OK? Have you been treating? Have you been going to your doctors. Even are you ready for surgery or after the surgery? How was the surgery? How are you feeling? Are you OK? You made it through it. Nothing no phone calls. All 10 months leading up to the surgery and not even after the surgery. Whoever whatever assistant she has working for her very rudecompletely unprofessional talks over you while you’re talking. I called the Firm after I got out of surgery I was trying to explain something to the assistant for Delgado and she cut me off in the middle of talking and I said excuse me and she kept talking and I said excuse me and she kept talking and then she goes Mr. Manning. I’m just gonna hang up on you. she said because I was mad and I said well you keep over talking to me when I’m trying to talk and I kept saying excuse me excuse me excuse me and she just kept talking. Who does that what Law Firm what professional place would do that especially your attorney‘s office Very unprofessional. I did look up Delgado‘s bar number and found out if she personally had any complaints since an attorney where she went to school at, and all of that and the Firm‘s been open for quite some time, but she hasn’t been an attorney for only a fraction of that time. Attorneys this Law Firm here isn’t about helping the client caring about the client the clients recovery they’re only concerned about their pockets because like I said they’ve had 10 months to call me and ask me how I’m doing or how I’m feeling and like I said they have never done so never. Is a matter of fact the last time that I talked to Delgado on the phone, she told me that she was trying to find out if Walmart had security or an outside security company working because the reason it’s supremacist liability case is because I was stabbed like I said seven times in the parking lot with no security. But she asked me if I could get somebody to go by the Walmart, which is an hour and a half for me and see if they have security and what the name of it is and write it down and forward the information over to her. That is one of the very few times I talk to her on the phone in the last 10 months within those 60 minutes total time and I combined conversations in 10 months. And I thought to myself after we got off the phone don’t they have investigators that do this type of work can go out to the Walmart and find out if they have security in themselves why would she be asking me to do that and involve myself When I’m trying to get ready for a surgery again very unprofessional lack of knowledge. Or just not wanting to do appointed an investigator to go out and find this out instead she wants me That I’m preparing to have surgery.

Heaven on Earth working with this law firm!! Melody, who works there, is God’s gift to humanity! She is nothing short of amazing. Not only does she pick up the phone, but she calls back promptly and keeps you informed about everything. There’s not a question she can’t answer, and she is so professional. I could have 50 cases, and leave it with her and I would sleep beautiful at night because I know that all of the cases would be handled properly.
