I reached out to this law firm because of its good reviews however they turned out to be a big disappointment. First they never returned our calls or answered our emails, even after retaining them for a consult. Diego met with my husband, he sat with him for 15 minutes and Money seemed to be more important to them rather than genuinely caring about the situation at hand. He left us up in the air, no follow up , no common courtesy. Absolutely unprofessional, choose a law firm that cares.

I must admit that from the day of my arrest till the day I first met attorney Jeffrey S. Weiner in his office, along with Ms. Annabelle Nahra, I was in a constant state of panic, anxiety, and a very tangible fear. From day one, their candor and combined years of knowledge and experience, immediately put my worries to rest and let me breathe a sigh of relief. Mr. Jeffrey and Ms. Annabelle were very thorough and understanding. Shortly thereafter, I met attorney Diego Weiner, who was to be at my very first court hearing and he is a very personable and well connected person. Immediately, with our first introduction before the pretrial began, I feel at ease and confident that everything would work out AND IT DID! Between Ms Nahra and Mr. Diego, I felt my defense was more than effective and their humanity helped me through the toughest parts of my case. I am currently out of the hot water, dealing with the court fees, and fancy free from the worst case scenario. When I first went to Mr. Jeffrey S. Weiner’s Office and met with Ms. Annabelle Nahra and Mr. Diego Weiner, I was going through a very stressful situation over an upcoming Court Proceeding. Both Annabelle Nahra and Mr. Diego Weiner kindly listen to my dilemma and immediately provided positive feedback that gave me great hope. For the next several weeks Ms. Nahra followed up with me via phone calls, where she thoroughly explained our goal, as well as the possible barriers we may encounter along the way. I then put all my trust in her, we moved forward and everything occurred just as Ms. Nahra said it would. Several weeks later, the feeling of hope that had earlier emerged was slowly fading away, until I met Mr. Jeffrey S. Weiner for the first time, reference a follow-up Court Proceeding. After discussing the facts, Mr. Weiner explained what to expect during the Court Proceeding from a very firm and positive point of view which not only brought hope came back into my life, but the desire to move forward full speed ahead became stronger than ever. Once again everything happened just as Mr. Weiner said it would. That being said, let me just add that the only reason I am giving Jeffrey S. Weiner and his Staff a mere five-star review is because that was the highest rating option available in Google Business Reviews. In my opinion, the Weiner Team deserves a much higher rating and not only for what they have accomplished for me, but also for their professionalism, dedication and great teamwork. To start this off there is no price on your freedom a Second Chance on life is what I was giving because of this Law Firm and their dedication to their client I was 18 years old and facing life in prison for a mistake that someone else made and I'm not saying that I played no part but far from being guilty of the crime I was accused of Jeffrey and his staff went through rigorous challenges to clear my name and give me the second chance at life I now have three daughters successful career and a great life all because of Jeffrey and his staff going the extra mile and believing in me and it was not an easy task but he never gave up oh me and I thank him from the bottom of my heart you will not find a more dedicated and caring lawyer that will go the distance for you so you can go get you a cheaper lawyer and take your chances or you can go with Jeffrey and his staff and get the results you need to have your freedom and your life like I said in the beginning there is no price on freedom you get what you pay for and more with Jeffrey caring takes a personal response to you and your case and anything surrounding it again thank you thank you thank you for the second chance you have given me Jeffrey the rest is up to me God bless ps sincerely Scotty Benoit
