I hired Mr. Neustein in 2008 he kept us out of foreclosure for four years , he won the case and was able to get some of the attorney's fees reimbursed by the bank and the best is that we were able to keep our home. I contacted Neustein Law with about two weeks notice, prior to a Summary Final Judgement (Foreclosure) and the firm was able to deliver big. Not only did they deliver big, they delivered fast, negotiating an equitable agreement in a very convoluted, albeit difficult relationship with the lender. I am from the Dade area. A massage therapist told me about this firm. I think she has been with them close to 2 years now and still in her home. She talked me into hiring this firm, I almost went with another, glad I didn't. The thing I like most is they are keeping me in my home for a small monthly fee until I figure out what to do I need to live somewhere!! It's for now until I think of what to do. I never hear from them unless its a last minute fax they are looking for, but they do return e mails and calls promptly. Just keep track of your payments, hold your reciepts, his legal aids sometimes try to double bill, but I don't blame the lawyers, but it is a pain in da azz. Rick is a good guy, he makes you feel comfortable.
