I hired the Rier, Jordan Law Firm to represent my son in a very unusual and almost unprecedented type of lawsuit. My son was charged for a felony battery for an incident that occurred during a high school baseball game where he was a player on the field. I contacted Andrew Rier P.A. and explained my situation with him. Mr. Rier agreed that this was a very unusual case and after gathering all the information he needed, he was able to determine that this was an example of “Stand your ground.” Mr. Rier and his team were there for my family every step of the way. They showed great compassion and understanding as we prepared for the trial and they were awesome in the court room. The judge sided with us and he dismissed the case based on the “Stand your ground statute.” I am forever thankful for everything that Mr. Rier and his associates did for my son, especially when his whole future was in jeopardy. I strongly recommend the Rier, Jordan Law Firm to anyone in need of legal help. They are not only very knowledgeable with the law, they are wonderful human beings!
