horrible communication and service. i had my first ever accident in january of this year, and till this day november 7, 2023 i keep getting the same "it is being worked on". they have my check ready and keep saying every month for the last 4 months that the bills are being reduced and "we cant tell you how long it is going to take". had an appointment to speak to attorney today at 1PM and he was not in the office, receptionist said "he will call you back, but i will make an appointment for next week if he does not". THIS IS HORRIBLE.

This attorney has had my mothers case for almost two years and every week when my mother calls they tell her “we’re working on it”, or the other excuse is “ the case will be settled in two weeks. I do not recommend this attorney or office to anyone. They are a bunch of liars. We are reporting them to the Fl Bar of Attorney’s and the BBB.
