Horrible attorney! My case was actually partnered with him due to the fact he was an "incredible trial attorney". (According to my initial attorney) I had an accident in 2010, case settled end of 2015, still haven't received one penny!! During the settlement interview (mediation) I was convinced he wasn't going to take it to trial. My case was pushed on for years unnecessarily! Such a huge "act" among the entire group at mediation. After the 3 hour back n forth BS, You wonder, "Is anyone really on MY side?" Sad situation!! Everyone else makes money except the actual client.

I slipped and fell at a hospital. The hospital said it was my fault and refused to pay. I hired Mr. Lanza. He filed a lawsuit and after a few depositions settled my case at mediation for $65,000.00. His office staff was very nice and very helpful. I would very much recommend his services.

A slipped and fell at a store in Belle Glade. I hurt my thumb and had surgery. My first lawyer got no offers. I went to Mr. Lanza who filed a lawsuit right away. We went to mediation where the offered me only $2000.00. We took the case to trial and we got $93,000.00. My lawyer did a grate job.

I called Chris, he came down right away, did exactly what he sais he was gonna do!, his staff in the office were very helpful, and whenever I needed Mr Lanza he was there, Im really impressed and would reccommend him highley!!!

I was bitten by bed bugs at a Miami Hotel. I suffered hundreds of bites on my body and months of medical treatment. I had a lawyer who did nothing for two years. I was then referred to Mr. Lanza who filed a lawsuit and settled the case within 6 months. I was very happy with his services and would highly recommend his firm.

Do not hire Christopher Lanza as your attorney, first of all it took him several years to resolve my case and still took him several months to give me my settlement. He dosen't like to go to trial and he will push you to settle. He is a bad negotiator!!! He dosen't return calls in timely matter and his staff is very rude.

Not only are the people in his office rude - and insist on using faxes to communicate instead of email! - this guy never returns phonecalls and is a bad negotiator (very very low offers negotiated for the nature/circumstances of the accident). The truth is, he NEVER goes to trial, and all of Florida knows it, so you will never get a decent offer with him representing you!

I had an auto accident and Christopher Lanza handled my case. He was very professional and answered any and all questions I had. He settled my case in a very timely manner, and I would definately use him again.
