Unfortunately for myself, this was the second divorce involving young children that I have been through. Words cannot express how much stress and anxiety this created for myself and my family. Relying on the court system to make right decisions for how I was going to live my life with our children for the rest of their young lives was almost unbearable. My ex-wife would say or do anything in court to make sure my time with our children would be very limited and even supervised when I did get to see them. At times my emotions would get the best of me and I would project these feelings onto my attorney for relief. Marck always remained calm and kept me informed about my case. He was very knowledgeable about the laws and procedures that I had to deal with. In the past I have been represented by attorneys that loved to make as much money as they could with doing the least amount of work. I can tell you Marck was worth every dime he charged. The most important issue in this case for me was to have equal or as close to equal timesharing with our children. After all the accusations of abuse and neglect , my outcome could not of been better. My final order gave me shared parental responsibilities with very close to equal timesharing. I thank God everyday that I will be involved and play a big part in their lives and Marck represented me to make sure that happened. I would highly recommend Marck Joseph.
