Sandra was very helpful, was pretty much the only way I was getting my answers to my case. Arturo is terrible at his job doesn’t care about the accidents his clients get into. He just cares of getting you as his client, signing papers and ofcourse his money, after that you get no type of communication with him. He never answers your calls. Wasted my time, and add to to fact I was pregnant at the time and at the end of the day nothing was solved for me. Definitely do not recommend this place nor Arturo.

Thank you Erick and Jaylu for taking over my case, after what seemed to be forever and my case being opened for over two years and what seemed to be in a forever loop. My case was handed over to Erick and Jaylu I wish from the beginning my case was handed to them. Had such an awful experience prior them taking over. Once Erick and Jaylu took over my case was closed in a months. Thank you, you two for your work!
