My case was settled unbelievably fast! They kept me informed during the entire process and the case manager assigned to my case (Lidia) was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Bernstein & Maryanoff.

My dad was represented by the firm and has nothing bad to say about the entire process (except how lengthy it was), his calls were quickly either answered or returned and the process was fairly easy. (i am writing this review for him because of his limited english)

My daughter was represented by the firm, Bernstein & Maryanoff for an accident case. I know that she was able to communicate with them through the paralegal, Mercedes Ponce, who was always attentive and quick at responding. So very true --- my daughter passed away and later it was me who had to communicate with the law firm. I can vouch for them that they were sensitive to our unique situation and especially, Mercedes. Mercedes was efficient and always responsive to our questions. A true professional! Dissapointed and Frustrated with client attention. Trying to contact Attorney Christal Barnes and never answer the phone none recorded messages. Phone operators never try to solve your contact problems. Mr Bernstein and Maryanoff please try to select better professionals or don't overload them with so many cases.
