Very unhappy with their service- Charged crazy $$ and sent me emails for my records in Spanish when I don't even speak Spanish, got my gender wrong and never walked me through the final steps after the hearings instead traffic citation was sent to collections. Very inattentive staff as well and horrible attitude. Never going back
