Can they be given (-) 5 Stars? Submitted a simple traffic citation to them. They mentioned that I submitted the citation a couple of days late so I had to pay an upcharge; NO PROBLEM. ***Apparently this was why my license was ultimately suspended; but they made NO MENTION OF THIS TO ME**** My case was dismissed and I had to pay the court fees by a certain date; DONE. Go to purchase a new vehicle this weekend; LICENSE SUSPENDED. Reach out to Alex Crooks Law, and they tell me that they cannot help me with my suspended license because the citation was in Palm Beach; however, they were quick to take every other dime from me prior to them dropping the ball. In conclusion; I give these crooks a simple traffic ticket, pay them for everything and I 've had my license suspended for nearly six months without being told anything and now they can't help me out with anything because apparently there's no money for them to make off of me. There are plenty of other much more honorable and trustworthy traffic attorneys out there; DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS A DIME!

Very displeased with my case in many ways. Don’t feel the need to discuss details, as I put my concerns in writing and verbally discussed them several times. I wish I knew then what I know now. Edited 10/13 in response to the false reply: I don’t appreciate your firm lying to others! You most definitely can locate me as a real client because the firm called me within the hour after receiving the review! I expressed my concerns over the phone and in writing. One major concern is that now my insurance is now triple the amount I was once paying and I was not at fault!

I would be very careful about retaining this attorney. No response to calls. Hires students to work for him.

I don’t recommend this place. My brother and i live in the same neighborhood he used Alex Hanna before he recommended them to me. We have separate car insurances i have my own and he has his ( separate policy ). His insurance called him telling him they were charging his insurance when he is not even involved in any accident. The claim was made under his insurance. How could they make a claim on his insurance they should pay more attention on what they are doing. They were charging his insurance not mine. I wouldn’t recommend someone that can mistake information like that.

I hired them to represent me in a criminal proceeding. I paid 1500 bucks upfront as asked. They advised me to surrender and the next day they will get me out in court. I did the same, but they didn’t showed up in court. I had to ask public defender to get me out. They later helped me to get my case dismissed as Nolle-pros. When I asked them why didn’t they showed up in the court, they denied that it was a part of deal and I had to pay additional money for that. It was a nightmare trusting them and paying money just for consulting with them. I asked for refund and they only adjusted 750 bucks in my immigration case. 750 bucks is small amount for them, it was a lot for someone like me who work hard to earn that money. Good luck guys, I will pray for you
