El servicio de costumer service es de lo peor, parece que uno le estuviera pidiendo algo gratis, son lo peor me tuvieron esperando como 20 minutos y atendieron a otros clientes primero que llegaron después

El servicio ah sido pésimo, un año y aun no se resuelven los casos, tal vez con los ticket son buenos pero con los casos de familia son pésimos...mi opinión muy particular tal vez se necesite hablar con Alex Hanna personalmente porque parece q sus empleados no Son responsables con su trabajo, oh toman demasiados casos sin resolverlos..me gustaría cambiar esta opinión algún día

This guys are great. I got a ticket and received court citation date. That’s when I decided to call them. They took my case, were very honest and explained every possible outcome perfectly. My lawyer was very communicative and called a few times. They went to court for me and solved the whole thing without a sweat. I understand that not every case is the same and maybe mine was it was simple but the did good job. Recommended.
