Okay so let me say I hate, I mean I HATE talking to people and paperwork. It's like a fear of mine but I got to say this young girl called Ariana from the family legal department helped ease me into the process and guide me through all requirements and documentation. I have successfully filled and received a courtesy call from her after the case settlement.
