Overall, save your money and do not use their services for atleast a simple traffic ticket. For starters, i had a ticket for running a yellow turning to a red light at night in which it was debatable from late September of 2015. I called the office in the month of October based upon their reputable online reviews. First time i called to get a price i spoke to a gentlemen and he offered me $70 for his services i told him i would call back the following day. When i called back that's when i spoke to Katherine Nunez. She told her rate was $85. I needed an attorney at the time to solve this matter so i went with her. We communicated via email. I got the first court letter. She told me that she would not go to the first court appearance and explained to me she would go to the next appearance and that the court changes dates. After the second appearance was over i recieved a letter stating that i have to pay court costs of 169.00 plus 4 hours traffic which is another 40.00 on top of of the 85.00 i paid her which came out to be almost 300 bucks for a stop light plus traffic school. Instead, i could save my time, pay the ticket which was around 200.00, go to traffic school 40.00 and save 50 extra bucks. I will no longer use their services ever again...
