The receptionist at this law firm is abrupt and rude. Seems like she doesn't enjoy her job or dealing with clients. They need to have someone who is professional and friendly at the front desk not a rude blonde woman who seems to be bothered by clients.

I had Attorney Sonia Ramon-Alonso representing me with a homeowner insurance claim when a leaking pipe flooded a section of my home. I have nothing but praise for her and her staff, knowledgeable, always available, kept me informed, and quick in the execution at the different stages. They freed me up from dealing with the insurance bureaucracy, but also made a difference in the attention and compensation I received from my insurance company. I'd highly recommend them. My sister, a lawyer, suggested the firm when I asked her for a reference -- and she was absolutely spot on. Sonia Ramon Alonso took us by the hand and guided us all the way through. I don't know how they did it, but they wrangled money from our homeowner's insurance that we deserved.
