We have been working with Mr. Berkman for a few years now. He has taken care of a few issues we had and also referred us to other lawyers that specialized in other fields. Many times he has taken the time to visit my mother at home when she was unable to travel. He has always taken the time to listen and his advice has been solid. I could not be more pleased that I chose Parks and Braxton, and Michael Braxton for my DUI case. First, in the incredibly important 10 days after I was charged, his staff helped me with all the details to get my hardship license and retain my ability to drive. Secondly the fee arrangement and payment terms were very reasonable in light of all the work Michael and his staff put into my case. Thirdly and MOST importantly, I had a very unique case that arguably warranted dismissal. The State offered Michael numerous “plea deals” to a lesser charge, that I am convinced most attorneys would have encouraged me to take, so they could close my case. Michael felt strongly that my case should be dismissed in the entirety, and put a lot of additional time and effort into advocating for such on my behalf. And ultimately thats what happened! Hello I had a crash in miami and unfortunately i blew almost 3 times the legal limit , I don't really know how Mr braxton was able to negotiate with the judge but at the end , after almost one year , they dropped the dui , no conviction , no comunity services etc. in 2 weeks after trial i was done. also friendly staff and 2 attorneys always ready to respond quickly to your questions. very good firm.

In September of 2016 I was in a auto accident which lead to my arrest and charged with my 3rd DUI (punishable one year in jail) as well as driving on a suspended license (second offence which makes it habitual punishable by one year in jail) and fleeing the scene. I appeared at my arraignment with the intention of obtaining a public attorney. Once called to go before the judge I was informed by the states attorney that they where willing to offer me a plea deal of one year in jail followed with one year probation, with countless schools, classes, interlock device for 2yrs a boot on my vehicle for 10 days not to mention a loss of my license for up to 5yrs and fines that where so much I didn't even devote them to memory. I mean I was blown away with what I was facing, So much so that I left the courthouse went home and looked for the best DUI attorney I could find. I came across Parks & Braxton and read there testimonies in regards to cases they've won, posted on there website which provides the case numbers, judges and brief descriptions of case details and defenses used which lead to DUI acquittals or charges dropped. I called them up and after speaking with them in detail I hired them on that call. Yesterday I went to court and plead out on my case due to the fact that it was an unwinnable case no matter what. In all honesty they had me dead bang on several charges. After 6 months of continuances and the hard work of Mike Braxton and his associates, I walked out of the court room the same day ordered to due only 3 months in a inpatient rehabilitation center (which I agree myself that I need), one year probation and a fraction of the fines that I was looking at not to mention I was able to avoid any jail time keep my job and get the help I need that I wouldn't have been able to get in a correction facility. All in all not only am I satisfied with the result that they provided me but feel personally great full to them and there staff who where great to me the entire time, Thank you Mike, Adam, Leo, Jen and Jack for all your hard work and dedication! All of you guys helped save my future and I wont forget it.

It's all business and money for some people. It's understood. But when you find someone that understands your issues and the root of your problems then every penny is worth it. Michael Braxton is an amazing attorney. I had several DUI and 10 occurrences driving with a suspended licenses. Michael knew it was not malicious on my part just confused and lost. I should of served 10 year in jail. Michael was successful in keeping me out of jail. I am currently serving 3 years probation, 6 months house a rest, 10 years suspended license with possible hardship license in two years. His plan was to have the DUI case dismissed from the beginning and that's EXACTLY what happened. Possibly the Best in Florida At 1:40 in the morning of July 4th in St. Petersburg, Florida, I was stopped ostensibly for speeding. I believe that I was targeted because of the hour and the holiday. The policeman followed me for quite some time while I was “speeding” trying to gather factors to strengthen his DUI case. In the usual repetitive series of accusations used by DUI arresting officer in his reports, he said that I had bloodshot and glassy eyes, a strong odor of alcohol, and impaired motor skills. Like a fool, I complied to a lengthy sobriety test in the parking lot and a breathalyzer test at the station (after a lengthy delay from the time of my arrest to the breathalyzer test). I registered .137 and .142 on the breathalyzer. After my arrest, I knew I needed a good lawyer. I knew nothing about what to look for, but I looked thoroughly through the internet and decided on Parks and Braxton. This decision resulted in one of the greatest moments of my life. Parks and Braxton tried to plea bargain my offense down to a “reckless driving” which I would have gladly taken. However, the State of Florida would not accept it because they thought their case was too strong. So we went to court: a trial by jury. A day long trial resulted in a “NOT GUILTY” verdict. There were only two witnesses called; the arresting officer and the officer in charge of maintaining the breathalyzer machines. Both Andy Parks and Mike Braxton wrecked havoc on these witnesses, discredited their testimony, and the jury took notice! Thank you Mike and Andy!!!! THE BEST IN FLORIDA!!!!
