I started working with Gus Fortich before he joined Frye and Vazquez to get my husband’s and my estate planning documents in order; he gave excellent guidance on what was needed. When my husband passed away unexpectedly in 2020, I worked with Gus and his new firm, Frye and Vazquez. Everyone at the firm was terrific, kind and patient. They helped me with everything I needed to do. Their advice and support was invaluable. Working with Gus and his associate Lauren Garcia was fantastic. Very happy my dad and I chose Frye and Vazquez’s to handle his Trust, living will and his Estate. In August 2021, I contacted the Law Offices of Frye & Vazquez when our Mother passed away peacefully at the age of 103. She had used this practice years ago in writing up her own Trust, Will and Testament. It seemed as though the law staff knew her well as on her 100th Birthday, they sent her a card and picture of the entire Frye & Vazquez staff congratulating her on the achievement. For years, our mother told us that when she passed away, we should definitely contact this law office to take care of the necessary documents. Our mother always prepared for things in advance. Once again, our Mother’s advice didn’t fail us. My sister and I worked primarily with Gustavo Fortich and Lauren Garcia. Given that my sister and I both live in Chicago and our Mother lived in Aventura, Florida, most all of our contacts were long distance by phone. Nonetheless, when I was talking to Gus or Lauren, I felt like they were right there in front of me. They explained the necessary procedure in a way that I could easily understand. I’m a Clinical Psychologist with no knowledge of the law when it comes to Trusts, Wills and Condo Deeds in another state. When we later met everyone in person, they were warm and personable, yet highly professional. We felt like the charge was fair, and actually a little less than originally estimated. Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion and accurately done. This was quite reassuring given that it was a somewhat of an emotional time for myself and my family. I would recommended the Law Practice of Frye & Vazquez highly without any reservation. Knowing that we, as a family, were in good hands, made a difficult time much less so.
