Dania S Fernandez works as a lawyer in the community where I live 55+. Lately she has been terrorising several elderly people with letters and court cases for coming to meetings and asking questions. Dania allows herself unethical behaviour with threats and violations of the civil and constitutional rights of the people's, whose money she uses against their interests.

I hired Dania to modify and defend two loans of mine. Not only did she fail to defend them, or modify my loan, or worse short sale, I ended losing both properties. After notice on each of my cases, I called the bank myself to ask why, and both time and response was my attorney failed to provide documents needed. Documents which I provided many times to Dania. However, she never did anything, rather just give me the impression she was working on my cases. I could had saved my $12k and the outcome would had been the same. terrible lawyer. She seems reputable online, she has books and everything. but dont let it fool you.
