I am an attorney in WV. I had a client in my jurisdiction that was injured on a cruise line. The client was a minor child, and was severely injured. I called Mr. Hickey directly, and he personally went to the hospital in Florida to help the injured client. The case did not have an easy set of facts, but Mr. Hickey and his firm did a tremendous job and fought the fight to get a good recovery for the client. I would certainly recommend him and his firm.

I am a past President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association with 43 years of personal injury/wrongful death practice. I'm giving Mr. Hickey a 5 star review because he is the only attorney who cared enough and saw possible potential in my case to speak with me directly. The attorney's in 4 other firms would not give me the time of day after I spent 1.5 hours giving details to their paralegals. Words do not express my appreciation to Mr. Hickey Esq. He has been nothing but honest and kind with me.

Jack Hickey won an impossible neck injury case against 3 companies that other lawyers would not even touch, and on top of that we got more than expected!
