Catherine Rodriguez easily earns five stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dealing with litigation in any aspect is difficult, but when children are involved and you are in a new, unfamiliar, and unforgiving place, it can make the experience a nightmare. I had two attorneys prior to moving to Florida and finding Catherine. They were difficult to reach, hard to talk to, and at times demeaning and unpleasant to work with. Catherine is the complete opposite. She is respectful and understanding, yet firm when you need it. She takes the time to grasp all of the important aspects of the case and brush up on any supporting or necessary literature despite her busy schedule. She was sure to answer all my questions and explain things further when I didn’t quite understand. She speaks eloquently and professionally in the courtroom and does everything possible to avoid unnecessary litigation. At a very difficult time in my life, she gave me hope and helped my family reach the resolution we needed. She cares about her clients and truly is the best at what she does. Catherine is the best at what she does. I don't think anyone ever finish this type of process completely happy with the outcome, it is painful and stressful. But it becomes even more stressful when your attorney does not respond to your messages or work in your case. I am so glad I was referred to Catherine. Her team was quick to answer my questions and to get back to me on any issue. Catherine was extremely knowledgeable and proactive during the entire process. I felt she was there for me all the way. Catherine is a tough attorney that will be 100% prepared to fight for your parental rights. She is a fighter! If you want someone that will fight for you and win, look no more. She commands the courtroom. She is professional and does not take nonsense from anyone. She is down to earth and realistic. I was in a two year highly litigated divorce and custody battle. My case involved relocation because we were not from Florida but the mother had filed for divorce as soon as she became a Florida reside while I was working overseas. The mother had done everything in her power to try to block access and take away my children while I was working overseas and continue to behave erratically ignoring court orders upon my return to Miami. I had a biased Guardian Ad Litem that favored the mother and, in my view, a system in Miami-Dade that in general is more favorable towards the mother (based on my experience). This is when I knew I needed a tough winning attorney that will fight for my rights. Catherine is very meticulous! She will gather evidence and facts and put everything together for the judge and everyone in the courtroom. She brought 4 boxes of evidence for my case to court. Her preparation will pay off in the courtroom when she leaves behind the opposing unprepared counsel. Catherine has a command presence in the courtroom. During my hearings, she would stand up walk around and command the room, present evidence, and effectively cross-examine the opposing party to get the opposing party to admit she lie in her deposition. She prepares for all possible scenarios which make sure we cover all bases for the case. Her team is awesome! I enjoyed working with her team. Alex and Ian are friendly, professional, and understanding. She is accessible. You don’t have to wait or deal with associate attorneys. She is reasonable with her fees. She will work with you. Catherine knows the law. She is an expert. She is very experienced, educated, and understanding. As a father, I know that Catherine fought hard for my rights. She got me equal legal and custody rights for me and my kids. I now live happily with my kids and my boys are happy to be with their father.

When looking for an Attorney, especially, when a case is related to your child custody, you do not want a good Attorney, you want "The Best" in the field. For me, the best is NOT someone incredibly expensive, and fancy in appearance. Being the BEST is much more than that. For me, the best is someone that can touch in various - equally important - aspects: 1- She is a 'thorough' Attorney - gathers as much data/information as possible to understand the case. 2- She prepares: she studies the case inside-out and makes sure she understand all nuances, extremely well prepared and attention to detail. Have you seen those Attorneys that are unprepared and don't know/understand the law.. They not only look bad, but they can cause you more burden and your case might be a stake. Catherine, in the other hand prepares very well, she knows your case very well, she knows the nuts and bolts of Child Custody and Time Sharing cases. Gives confidence. 3- She listen to each case complexities, and provides her expertise according to her experience. She has seen everything there is to see and more. Experience speaks volumes. 4- Great presence, very sharp , very professional, great demeanor. Is nice to have an Attorney that speaks your same language: presence is very important!!! 5- She is reasonable, she does not have an agenda to leave you bankrupted, Her seasoned expertise comes fairly priced. She will work with you payment plan if need be. 6- She is extremely dependable. Make sure you keep your agenda in-line. She values timeliness and is on-time (a rare commodity these days..). 7- She knows the laws really well, she is extremely well versed, she wrote the book. She slice and dice data like no one can and make sure gives you the best option according to regulation - that is complex, burdensome, extensive) and vague (to say the least..). 8- She is well organized, even though she has a lots of folders and lots of information, she is very well organized. Information, we exchanged via email, was digested and organized into the right buckets. As a father, I had piece of mind, I found someone that I could trust, someone that truly fought for me, someone that cares in protecting the client. The rights of the Fathers that sometimes there is this apprehension the system forgot about us - well Catherine reminds you there are laws that protect the father too and she will fight with bear claws; with experience, intellect, and professionalism for you and your rights. Fathers should have access to their daughters (well in my case my daughter). And as Catherine is also a mother, she understand how valuable and important is that a parent have access to their child. Bonus: her husband and Co-Counsel David (extremely nice, sharp and experience individual too). That can be leveraged as he speaks Finance, Real Estate, Securities, a well rounded law and numbers guy. Among many legal professionals, based on the comments on the Web, I was able to choose to Catherine Rodríguez’s lawyer to represent me in one of the most difficult experiences in my life. Catherine is a studious professional, with a logical ability to see what is relevant, that was able to base my defense with adherence to the law and on the best terms for me. In Court, she looked coherent, structured, studied, with the necessary self-confidence, but without infringements or excesses, demonstrating fluently his ability to handle himself as a fish in the water in a Court. She saw to me more than a client. She saw a human being suffering, and feeling pain under the circumstances that life presented to me. On the other hand, she took special care of my financial resources. In my ungrateful experience, I went in a period of 1 year and 3 months, through an Ante-Nuptial Agreement, a marriage, a divorce and a request for an Order of protection against domestic violence. Catherine, in the Ante-nuptial Agreement firmly reflected her approach, taking care of me to be protected. In the divorce, she handled herself, with a sense of professionalism and objectivity, managing to save me an unnecessary amount of money for the same final result. In the attempted Order of Protection, the Court, upon the presentation of Mrs. Rodriguez's motion, dismissed the case against me.
