She explained the disadvantages of relying on just a Will, and crafted the additional tools we would need in dad's declining days: a trust, medical surrogacy, health care directives, power of attorney, in addition to the Will. All of these documents were invaluable in protecting and serving dad when his health failed. When Bank of America's attorneys threw up some obstacles, Ally immediately came to our aid and resolved the issues. When we didn't know our medical options, she provided excellent contacts.
