This firm is very professional and also have sincere interest in helping you. It was the only firm I found that was willing to hear me and try to help me despite my position. Other firms went straight to weigh the odds of making money out of it and then discard me without having any kindness towards the fact that I was injured and needed help. They are also very easy to reach, you don’t have to wait for them to respond your calls, they make the process as easy for you as it can be. Extra points as they all speak English and Spanish.

The person I went to see Immediately after the accident, Johnathan, was very helpful and polite and helped me set up the case throughly. However, as I was assigned a case manager (Cindy) for the case, It was difficult to get in contact with her for whatever reasons and I never got to speak directly to the attorney. They were very occupied all the time and switched my case manager to Frances with out my consent, she was also very occupied and I had lots of stuggles reaching her. What I did not like was that she promised to contact me within 2 weeks about the case, and It was more than a month afterwords that I have not heard a single word back. On top of that, I tried to contact her (my case manager) Recently for the case, and I was ignored, and treated like I didn’t matter. However, when It was time for her to ask for me to write the “good Reviews” she was very attentive and friendly for that. I do appreciate however, the assistance that Nudeca, the manager, has given me and she has in fact showed me that she cares for my case very much and Is there to support me all of the way through. Thank you ward law group for all of your support.
