In August of 2008 I decided to get all my legal documents in place. Using the legal benefit from my employer, and based on recommendations from many co-workers I contacted Phillip B Rarick, ESQ. My wife and I met with Phil to discuss our needs. Phil was very thorough with his questions to ascertain our legal needs. Following the consult, Phil and his team recommended ten Estate planning services. When taking into account myself, my spouse and our daughter, the number of documents rose to sixteen. He paid particular attention to making sure my wife and daughter were well protected. In addition, Phil sends us his Report From Counsel, his periodic newsletter of practical legal tips to keep us informed of important legal developments that may affect our family. Eight plus years later we are still receiving emails from Phil with updates and recommendations. He did all this for a reasonable fee. Phil and his team are extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, trustworthy and easy to work with. I not only think of Phil as a fantastic lawyer but as a friend that I can reach out to.
