Eric was very responsive very quickly, I emailed in the middle of the night and he was responding at 7AM already with a plan; answers emails and calls quickly which is extremely valuable in stressful times. I’m still in the process of solving things but I’m extremely happy so far with the results.

Excellent service! I had my record expunged with Eric, it was great having him as a lawyer. He answers text almost immediately, walked me through all the paper work, and answered all my questions and doubt. He also submits documents quickly, so he was able to expunge my record a month before he told me it would be done. Thank you Eric!

I cannot say enough positive things about Mr Matheny. The most important thing when hiring a lawyer is to check the reviews! My son was looking at 2 yrs for violation of parole. Mr Matheny called me back immediately and answered all my concerns. He notified me of everything that was happening. He was in court with my son and believe me the last lawyer I had never showed up. My son was given probation and is now getting counseling and has a job and he is happy at this chance. Thank you so much to Mr Matheny!

Eric is truly an excellent attorney! I'd give him 10 stars if I could. He saved my daughter not once but twice keeping her from long jail terms. Eric simply is one of the best attorneys you can hire. Mr. Matheny was absolutely a joy to work with. Typically when you call a law office you don’t talk to the lawyer, however, every time I called it was Mr. Matheny who answered the phone and answered any questions promptly! If you have an expungement I highly recommend his firm as it was extremely well priced and a breeze to work with!

Eric has been my lawyer for the past year or so- since I was 21.He is a very direct man and he moves things along as fast as he legally can. If he says he can help you- he will. He is very patient with money as well, he understands everyone is busy including himself.My biggest recommendation is staying on top of any paper work and payments he or his team asks if you so that you can have the smoothest and quickest outcome.

After reading all the positive reviews here about Eric, i called him to ask few legal questions. From the very beginning Eric gave me confidence and i knew right away that i will be hiring nobody but him.
