Eric epitomizes the old adage: "The best defense attorneys have been former prosecutors." Eric's prior experience as a clerk, and following, as a prosecutor for the State of Florida, before going into private practice in criminal defense, has allowed him plenty of time in grade to hone his skills. Hence, he knows the system from all angles - such as the overall organizational structure of the court systems, options for maneuvering with skillfully timed motions and pleas within that structure, as a couple of examples - allowing for the best client outcome and satisfaction.
