Horrible experience put together case file with no due diligence wasted almost 2 years due to the incompetence of the Mr.Ward told me many lies and is only worried about making a quik buck not actually working on the case he just wants to fill out paperwork and get paid and he doesn't even know how to do that correctly once I fired him and showed other lawyers my case file they all had the same opinion that Mr.Ward is incompetent

When I was In Fort Lauderdale , after having a tough time with a broken phone, I was trying to buy a NEW phone from a private seller and after they sold me a broken phone, I was headed home is disbelief. As it turns out the people that had just scammed me raced out into then highway and crashed into me. Me and my friend who were in the car at the moment of impact were badly hurt. Thank goodness I called Jany to help me out of these tragic circumstances that I honestly had no idea how to handle. And she helped me through it all, SHE's an AWESOME attorney!!

In Frebruary of this year 2014 I had a car accident . It was a side impact accident and I wasn't sure of how I was going to get to school or work, so after three (3) days I called Ms Martinez-Ward. She instructed me to go to therapy and to trust her in doctor referrals. As it turns out the pain from the car accident started getting worse after the fifth day and therapy was recommended by the doctor for about 6 months, at which point the doctor tells me that if the pain doesnt get better I will need to get an injection to relieave the pain and perhaps a surgery. Jany told me to sit tight b/c the surgery might be too invasive and since I'm still young it could make things worse. After 8 months I'm praud to say that Jany made the right call, the injection and follow up therapy relieved all of my pain and I'm feeling better than ever after a car accident that turned my life around literally and figuratively! Thank you Jany !!
