I had an accident a while back and the driver that hit me almost ended my life that day. When the ambulance arrived I didn't have any pain so I thought everything was going to be ok. Yes, I "actually" thought it was going to be ok. From that day on I was in a ferocious amount of pain in my neck and back and couldn't get an ounce of sleep. I was afraid to get a lawyer involved becouse of the horror stories I had heard about lawsuits. Then I saw a billboard on the side of palmetto expressway and their he was. Mario Serralta appeared to me that day. So I said what the heck, let's give him a try i told my wife. From the moment i walked into his office his staff warmly greeted me and my wife and offered us coffee. I was so stressed out, in pain and angry that day. Then Mr Mario Serralta walked in introduced himself, spent over an hour speaking with me and immediately made me feel like I was in the right hands. He told me to get an MRI and start therapy asap so I did. It turns out I had 2 cervical disc herniations and I needed to get surgery eventually. Thanks to him all my medical Bill's were paid, my time away from work was paid, I found out early on I had neck problems relating to the accident thanks to him and his team. The whole time he represented me his staff would call, check in with me, make sure everything was ok. Mario Serraltas team treated me more like family than anyone ever before. I feel I had to share this review becouse I know that their are many people that need a lawyer like Mario Serralta. One who understands and fights for your well being and health.
