I have just finished wrapping up a long custody and child support case that if it weren't for Camila Martin, Esq., I would have been in a very bad situation. I had an old support order that needed to be modified and the Florida Dept. of Revenue was doing everything they could to keep me locked in to an old agreement, where I was overpaying child support and did not have the joint custody which I deserved. Camila Martin took all that information and guided me through this journey and was finally able to get joint custody (50/50 time) and reduced support obligation, AND a reduction in arrears (more than $20,000). I highly recommend Ms. Martin - she is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and will take special interest in your case if you become her client. If there's any changes in the future that need to be made to my case, I will go directly to Camila Martin.

I am extremely happy with the legal representation I obtained from Camila Martin. She assisted me with drafting a prenuptial agreement and working with the attorney for my fiancé as we went back and forth on the changes. Before I learned of her, I spent time trying to reach out to several other attorneys to assist me in the matter. All of the other attorneys charged an exorbitant amount of money, required payment of a hefty retainer fee before they would even speak with me, or failed to return my messages. This was not the case with Camila. She was extraordinarily helpful and friendly on our initial consultation. She also took the time to explain things in detail to ensure I understood the process. I should also note that her fees were extremely reasonable compared to what other attorneys charged me. In fact, I consider her fees to be some of the most reasonable in South Florida given the fact that she provided me high quality representation throughout the whole process. Finally, (and perhaps most importantly) Camila is extremely knowledgeable about the law. I felt confident throughout the whole process having her on my side. I’m extremely happy with her representation and I would not hesitate to utilize her services again!
