I am very fortunate to find Attorney Judson L. Cohen to defend my rights in a personal injury claim against Progressive Insurance. I was injured when i was cutoff by a van while riding my road bike in the bike lane in front of the Miami Seaquarium and suffered a dislocated shoulder, broken rib and other neck and elbow nerve trauma. I am someone who tries to minimize problems so for three years I tried to save costs for everyone involved by dealing directly with Progressive, but to no avail. The settlement i was offered would not cover even a two day stay in the hospital. After three years i still suffered everyday from pain in my left shoulder and arm. My family and I appreciate very much what Mr. Cohen accomplished pursuing my injury claim. Now i have a good financial cushion in case further medical treatment is needed. The way he handled the case restores my faith that positive outcomes are possible. My case had to do with an injury which I happened to get in a local fair ground. Mr. Judson Cohen is a wonderful person. He did my case which I had doubts about from the start. He started by explaining to me what might or might not happened within the time frame of his researching my case.
