The staff is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and concerned about your love ones. They work very hard and are diligent. When I learned about this company I was so stressed. I had no idea or knowledge about any programs for the elderly or how to apply. Once I started researching programs and realized the overwhelming amount of paper and the very long process, I was very discouraged.
