Beau Powell is a great, down to earth, straight- shooting attorney. His legal firm in Milton is also staffed with the best, especially Colleen, who handled all of our pre-closing administrative details. Our property buyer chose this firm and we are so glad she did as everything was handled very professionally, no surprises, and we now know a first-rate attorney and title company for the next time we need one.

Absolutely 100% BEST decision I made was to call Mr. Beau Powell's office. I called less than 24 hrs from arraignment for consultation dealing with a violation of protection order issued in GA. This man not only took on my case but he went to bat for me and knocked it out the stadium. I did not have to see the court room at all and was able to stay out of town working. A couple weeks later my case was totally dismissed and most importantly i kept my career and stayed my *** out of guaranteed jail time in GA. They are very professional; from the inteligent paralegal to the easy to use online services. If I ever have legal issues again I am calling Mr. Beau Powell immediately and you should too. Back in 2021 I hired Bridget(but was under the impression I was hiring Beau, because I spoke with him through phone consultation). Bridget assured me that she would help me with my child custody case. When it came time for mediation, I spoke with Bridget over the phone prior to mediation. I addressed my concerns with her about what I was wanting to achieve with my child custody case. She assured me she had everything together and in place. She stated she would like to get together the day before mediation to go over all the details. That never happened. The day of meditation, Bridget informed me that she would be there about 10-15 mins early, which also didn’t happen, because I was there early waiting on her. Mediation took 4 hrs and 30 minutes and I got paternity rights to my son, which is great but I didn’t get one thing I asked for when Bridget and I discussed the details prior to mediation. I had to pay for my mediation fees, my sons mothers mediation fees and part of her attorneys fees. On top of all of that my child’s mother got everything she asked for and then some. I felt like I was rushed and felt that Bridget just didn’t have my back and my case together. If you hire Bridget, make sure she doesn’t know the opposing parties attorney. I was asked to leave the room (during mediation)so Bridget and the other attorney could speak without me present. I wanna prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Attorney Beau Powell and his staff have been absolutely wonderful for me. I had to use his services on separate occasions and I will continue to do so if necessary in the future. Best possible outcomes each and every time. He was so efficient and effective that when the case was dismissed, a member from the gallery ran him down in the hallway asking for his card.
